Who this is for: First responders who caught hepatitis, meningococcal meningitis, or tuberculosis on the job.

What this is

Hepatitis, meningococcal meningitis, or tuberculosis contracted on duty is presumed work-related for full-time firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, law enforcement officers, and correctional officers. Public-hospital employees are excluded.
